What is the cost of a Floating Price Ad?

The cost of Floating Price Ads is adjusted according to market fluctuations and is updated every three (3) seconds.

 

 

 

What is the cost of a Fixed Price Ad?

The cost of a Fixed Price ad doesn’t change with the market price.

 

 

 

Are there any fees charged for posting an ad?

Currently, there are no fees charged to advertisers for posting ads. 

 

 

 

Are there any restrictions on setting the price range of an ad?

Yes. You can verify the price range for an advertisement on the Post Ad page within the Premium indicator section. It's important to keep in mind that each coin chosen for your ad will exhibit a unique combination of Fixed and Floating Prices.

 

 

 

 

What are the minimum and maximum amounts of USDT that can be traded per ad?

Can I request takers to provide verification proofs before making a transaction?

Yes, Verified and Block advertisers can set the verification requirement when posting an ad. You may find more information on How to Post a Trade Ad on P2P.

 

 

 

 

How to share my advertisement with selected P2P traders?

You can share your ads via a QR code or a URL link. The ads can be set to public or non-public. Public ads are visible on the P2P advertisement page while non-public ads are only accessible to traders who have the QR code or the URL link.

 

To share your ads, go to My Ads, locate the ads you want, and click the Share button. 

 

 

 

 

Why am I not able to share my ads?

You may be unable to share the ads if their status is inactive or delisted. Please make sure you post the ads before sharing and you turn on the Active mode. Otherwise, your counterparty will not be able to place an order with you.

 

 

 

Can I share my ads with multiple traders at the same time?

Yes, you can share your ad with multiple traders simultaneously by sending them the same QR code or URL link. However, please note that the QR code and URL link will expire after 30 minutes. 

 

 

 

How to display my advertisement at the top of the search?

 

 

 

According to Bybit’s P2P Advertising Sorting Rules, the Top Picks for New Users is the current top priority displayed on the P2P advertisement page.

 

In order to post a Top Picks for New Users ads, you must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Become a Verified advertiser

2. Make a tradable ads

3. Post advertisements with smaller limits (≤100 USDT)

   • HKD currency is not subject to this restriction.

4. Have a better price than other competitors.

 

In case there is no novice advertisement, the second priority, Special Recommendation ads, will be displayed on top.

 

Note: The display will be adjusted based on the user’s profile capabilities. Only tradeable ads are shown to users.

 

 

 

Why couldn't I find my ads listed on the P2P advertisement list? 

The reasons why your listed ads cannot be found in the P2P ad list are as follows:

1. You do not meet the requirements for publishing advertisements.

2. The transaction amount is lower than the minimum limit set for the advertisement. For example, the advertisement is set at 100 USDT for sale with a minimum of 10 USDT per transaction. If someone buys it, only 8 USDT is left in your available balance, the ads will be taken down.

3. The ad is currently in inactive mode.

4. The ad has been automatically delisted by the system due to the account has not been logged in for more than 30 days.

5. High number of order appeals :

   1. If there are more than 30 order appeals, all of your ads will be temporarily hidden. The ads will automatically reappear after you manage to reduce the number of order appeals to 25, and this won't affect the ads sorting.

6. High number of incomplete orders:

   1. For the buy direction: When there are 15 incomplete orders, the buy ads will be hidden. They will become visible again when the number of incomplete orders reduces to 10. 

   2. For the sell direction: When there are 50 incomplete orders, the sell ads will be hidden. They will become visible again when the number of incomplete orders reduces to 40.

7. If none of the above rules apply to you, you may have triggered the system's risk control strategy. The advertisement will be temporarily hidden for 24 hours, during which the platform will conduct a comprehensive investigation and evaluation. After 24 hours, if the evaluation passes, your advertisement will resume displaying; if the evaluation fails, your advertisement will be taken down, and you will receive a corresponding email notification.

How long does a Verified Advertiser application take to review?

Usually, the review for a Verified Advertiser (VA) application takes fifteen (15) working days.

 

 

 

Why is my Verified Advertiser (VA) review being rejected? 

If you fail to meet the requirements mentioned on this page, your application may not be eligible for  VA status.

 

 

 

Can I submit an appeal if my Verified Advertiser (VA) application is rejected?

Unfortunately, you are unable to appeal your VA application if it is rejected. However, you may address the reasons for rejection and prepare a more comprehensive application to resubmit your VA application again. 

 

To understand why your application failed, you can refer to the system-rejected reasons, which may include one (1) or more of the following common issues:

• Incomplete or inaccurate Bank Account History/Coin Source/Other P2P Platform Source

• Low completed P2P Orders/Trading Volume

• Insufficient documents uploaded

• Low-resolution files

Please be aware that your resubmitted application will undergo a fresh review and evaluation against the application criteria.

 

 

 

What strategies are there to increase my chances of becoming a Verified Advertiser on the P2P trading platform?

To enhance your chances of becoming a certified advertiser, consider the following recommendations:

1. Ensure that the information you submit matches your Identity Verification details.

2. Provide clear and accurate documentation for the review process.

3. Actively trade on the P2P trading platform and establish yourself as a reliable advertiser, which will significantly boost your chances.

4. Participate in promotions and events regularly, as high weekly ratings will make your application stand out.

5. If you have a Verified Advertiser or merchant status on any third-party platform, this will also improve your likelihood of obtaining Verified Advertiser status on the platform you're applying to.

What are the differences between each Verified Advertiser tier?

Verified Advertisers are classified into three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a corresponding badge—for instance, a Silver-tier advertiser will display a silver badge. These badges help other users recognize your verified level and can increase your chances of receiving more orders.

 

 

 

When will my Verified Advertiser tier be upgraded or downgraded?

Tier eligibility is determined by your trading volume and completion rate within the last 30 days, starting from the current day. When you meet the requirements, your tier will be automatically upgraded within 2 hours, and a higher-tier badge will be granted. In contrast, your tier will be downgraded if you do not meet the requirements during the mentioned period. You can check the specific requirements and privileges for each tier on this page.

 

 

 

How can I cancel my Verified Advertiser status?

On the website, simply go to Buy Crypto → P2P Trading → Ads → Advertiser Privileges and click on Remove the Verified Status.

 

 

On the app, go to the P2P Trading page → Ads, tap on the 3-dots icon on the top right corner and select Verified Advertisers, then click on Remove the Verified Status.

When will my deposit be returned after the cancellation of my Verified Advertiser’s status?

Your deposit will be automatically released if there are no pending appeals. However, if there is an ongoing appeal, the deposit will only be released after the appeal has been resolved.

How long will it take to review my application?

The review for a Block Advertiser (BA) application usually takes seven (7) working days. 

 

 

 

Why is my application being rejected?

The rejection of your application might be due to insufficient information or due to the documents submitted during the application. You may visit this page to view the application rejection reasons. 

 

 

 

Can I reapply if my review fails?

Yes. You may reapply but please ensure all the information or documents are well provided. Indeed, if your application is rejected more than 3 times in a month, you will not be able to resubmit your application within the same calendar month.

 

If your application is rejected on a certain day within the current month, you will have 2 more chances to reapply in the remaining days of that month.

 

Formula

Reapplication Time = Calendar Month - Last Rejection Time

 

Example

If the application is rejected on January 10, the reapplication period would be the remaining days of January (January 11 to January 31). If the reapplication limit is reached, the next reapplication date would be the 1st of the following month.

What is a Trial Advertiser?

The Trial Advertiser program is designed to enhance the trading experience for new P2P users who are interested in becoming advertisers but have not yet fulfilled the requirements to post advertisements.

 

 

 

What are the benefits of becoming a Trial Advertiser?

As a Trial Advertiser (TA), you will enjoy the following benefits:

• Ability to Post Ads: You will gain the ability to post 1 sell ad within the validity period of 7 days.

• Security Deposit Requirement: No Security Deposit is required.

• Ads Listing: You can post a single advertisement with a maximum quantity of up to 1,000 USDT/USDC.

 

Note:

— TA can only post ads for fiat currencies that match their KYC. Posting fiat currencies that do not match your KYC will not be allowed.

— High-risk behaviors, including counterparty abuse, use of third-party payments, order locking or malicious non-payment, charging unauthorized additional fees, and engaging in arbitrage trading, will be penalized with measures such as account restrictions.

 

 

 

How can I become a Trial Advertiser?

If you meet the criteria for a Trial Advertiser, you will see a pop-up window for the trial application when you click on the Post Ads button.

 

 

 

 

Why am I not able to apply for Trial Advertiser?

If you don’t see the option to apply, your account does not currently meet the specific criteria for Trial Advertiser. Possible factors that may affect your eligibility include:

— You have previously been granted Trial Advertiser status, and repeat applications are not supported.

— Your account already qualifies for a higher advertiser level, so you will not be offered the Trial Advertiser option.

 

 

 

How can I cancel my Trial Advertiser status?

At this time, there is no option to manually cancel Trial Advertiser status once it has been granted.

 

 

 

What happens after the trial period expires? 

If you improve your trading performance and meet the requirements for a General Advertiser, you will be automatically upgraded to a General Advertiser after the trial period expires. However, if you do not meet the General Advertiser requirements, your posting advertisement during the trial period will be removed. 

 

 

 

Can I reapply to become a TA after it expires? 

No, we only offer a one-time trial.
